Drawing on over 30 years of experience across client, agency, and consulting roles, Valya has successfully led strategic initiatives in diverse sectors including Health, Biotech, Beauty Technology, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Automotive, Retail, Travel, Government, and Not-for-Profit.
As a successful entrepreneur, Valya co-owned TANK Worldwide, which was acquired by WPP/Grey Group. In her role as Chief Strategy Officer, she designed and honed the immersive, transformational planning process that significantly contributed to the agency’s success and that of its global clients.
To prepare for this consultancy journey with a newly sharpened perspective, Valya has been diving deep into her passions for neuroscience, innovation, and art. She has mastered neuroscience for business at Wharton, leveraged AI for business strategy at MIT/ Sloan and Northwestern/ Kellogg, and explored creative thinking in fine arts through numerous courses taught by professional artists.
A true bibliophile, Valya curates an extensive collection of books on topics ranging from neuroscience, leadership, and creativity to design, art, and travel. She is also an interior design enthusiast, always eager to bring her touch to projects.

Thomas is your go-to leader for scaling growth with a human touch. He thrives on building brands and teams that stand out and resonate.
With over 30 years of experience as a client partner, Thomas has worked across both Europe and North America at some of the world’s leading network advertising agencies, including Publicis, Leo Burnett, and WPP/Grey.
Thomas is no stranger to navigating complexity. His specialty lies in creating and leading strategies within highly regulated industries, particularly in Health and Government. He also brings deep expertise in Tech and Digital Transformation, passionately leading clients and their teams through complex, multi-step projects.
In the past year, Thomas has spearheaded AI initiatives for GSK Global and completed the AI Strategies for Growth program at Northwestern/ Kellogg School of Management.
In his role as Chief Commercial Officer at TANK Worldwide/WPP/Grey Health, Thomas led the company through five consecutive years of high growth, forging strong partnerships with industry giants like Eli Lilly, GSK, and Pfizer.
Thomas is dedicated to deeply understanding our clients’ unique needs, listening closely to ensure their goals are fully realized. Leading with a collaborative mindset, Thomas navigates the complexities of growth by staying adaptable and forward-thinking.
